1. Open the Admin Panel: Log in at https://star.orine.one/admin.html.
2. Navigate to “Bookings”: Select “Create Booking” or “New Booking Request.”
3. Client Details: Enter or select the client from the existing leads database. Confirm phone and email for accuracy.
4. Select Tour Package: Choose the relevant tour package from the dropdown. Include the date range and any extras.
5. Price and Payment Options: Confirm total cost and discuss payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
Confirming the Booking
• Availability Check: Ensure that the selected dates are open and there are enough spots (if it’s a group tour).
• Send Confirmation Email: Once payment is processed or a deposit is received, send an official confirmation.
